As an experienced IT Lecturer based in Hampshire, I've seen first-hand the transformative potential of technology in education, as well as the challenges educators face in keeping pace with rapid developments like Artificial Intelligence. My goal is to bridge that gap, providing clear, practical guidance and training rooted in real-world classroom experience.

Hello! I'm Richard, the founder of Harris Technology Practice. As someone who has essentially grown up alongside the digital revolution – a true 'digital native' – I have a deep-seated understanding and passion for technology's potential.
My background combines hands-on technical experience, including building AI bots for various practical tasks, with years spent as an IT lecturer. This unique blend allows me to not only understand the technology but also to explain it clearly and effectively. My focus is always on empowerment – helping you understand AI and use it constructively.
I'm particularly interested in the current wave of AI advancements and am constantly exploring how they can be applied ethically and beneficially. I truly believe that everyone can utilise AI as a tool to aid our own development and excel at the tasks around us. My goal is to help you change perspectives and see AI not as a threat, but as a powerful ally for your organisation's future.
